Website Terms
Information about freight quotes, bookings and use of Big Mack Trucking website resources.
Quotes and bookings
Website information and planning examples are general guidance. A form entry, email draft or initial inquiry does not reserve capacity or confirm a rate. Shipment services, equipment, access requirements, charges and timing must be agreed with dispatch in writing. The applicable transport documents govern the shipment.
Resource information
Confirm vehicle dimensions, payload and liftgate capacity for the actual equipment assigned. Check current facility instructions and applicable requirements before dispatch. Guides and calculations do not replace that confirmation. Contact us if information appears incorrect or outdated.
